I'm not part of a large group but I enjoy motor coach tours do you have a trip for me?

We own a 57-seat, Van-Hool luxury motor coach. It is fully equipped with an on-board restroom, 6 TV’s, VCR, DVD & CD player. Reading lights, individual air vents, reclining seat and foot rests. We must admit, she’s a beauty! As we grow there will be more of these as well.

Are there stops scheduled during the trip?

Yes. We stop every two to two and one-half hours. 

What if I need to cancel?

 Receive a 100% refund when canceling, for any reason, up to the final due date (final due date is listed on each tour). After final payment due date and up to 7 business days prior to departure receive 50% less non-recoverable fees; this is for medical reasons only and a note from physician is required. (Travel Companions are also covered) Tour cost is non-refundable 7 business days prior to departure. No refund to ‘no-shows’ and for non-covered cancellations. If client cancels reservation, any refund processed by credit card will be less a 5% processing fee. Call us for information on Optional Insurance with Travelex. The purchase of optional trip cancellation or interruption insurance is highly recommended. Optional insurance can be purchased up to 72 hours prior to departure. Certain deadlines apply for waiving pre-existing medical exclusion. Optional Insurance premium is non refundable. See Coverage Policy Sheet for more details.


What happens if inclement weather, (i.e. snow, hurricanes, etc.) causes our trip to cancel?

We will NEVER place you in harm's way. We will do everything possible to reschedule your trip at another time. If we are in the middle of a trip and severe weather interferes the driver and tour director will discuss their options, call in to senior management and a decision will be made. Please keep in mind, only the absolute safest options will be chosen. We cannot be responsible for any additional lodging fees or meal expenses incurred.  Safety is our number one priority.

What hotels do you use?

In most cases, we book non-smoking rooms with either two double beds or a queen size beds in major franchise hotels & motels.

What about luggage handling?

Provision is made for handling one piece of luggage per person. You may also take a travel bag to be handled by you.

Is tipping included?

Tips for meals or services are not included in tour price. Also, gratuities to Tour Director and Driver are customary and are not included in tour price.
